Former Kentucky wing Adou Thiero is considering following Coach John Calipari to Arkansas, but UNC is also in his final five. The projected first-round pick in the 2025 NBA draft is considering Arkansas, UNC, Pittsburgh, Kentucky and Indiana. Cade Tyson to visit UNC basketball program

The North Carolina basketball program showed interest in Belmont forward Cade Tyson recently and things have moved forward to the point where the talented player will now take a visit to Chapel Hill. Rutgers basketball transfer Cliff Omoruyi includes UNC among 12 finalists

UNC is among the final 12 schools being considered by Rutgers transfer center Cliff Omoruyi, whose list also includes UCLA, Kansas State, Georgia Tech, Georgetown, Baylor, Alabama, Oregon, Washington, Georgia, St. John’s and Mississippi State.
